The new home Kate Hudson just purchased a $5.3 million right next door to her long-time residence in Pacific Palisades. The house built in 1935, and was expanded in the late 1980's, to the 7,000 square feet it is today.
While Hudson and her soon to be husband house-hunted in other areas, they decided to stay local. Maybe it's because the home Hudson currently lives in was once owned by her famous mother, Goldie Hawn, and stepfather, Kurt Russell.
